BOAT HOUSE EXTENSION

Here we converted a boat house/shed situated on shanklin seafront into an attached two story annex with integral garage and porcelain patio. The conversion was built from wall plate up after removing the existing roof and floors working from plan in conjunction with building control. Fully wired, plumbed and fitted with a new bathroom, kitchen and integral garage.

FIRST FLOOR EXTENSION

We built this first floor extension from plan. The build was supported on three spanning flitch beams and existing exterior wall. A new sewer extension was laid to accommodate an additional en suit bathroom.

GARAGE CONVERSION

This job entailed the conversion of an outside garage into an office space, there was an adjoining bedroom/bathroom extension, which we fully refurbished and made ready for paint. We installed all fixtures and fittings and had all electrical work signed off with building control.

This job included the replacement of a bay roof, the front door canopy, and all soffits, fascias and guttering. We also repainted all external walls.
